Hello,
I am finally posting all the pictures I was able to snap during Monterey Car Week. If you have never attended, I highly recommend it.
Personally, I believe that some great events during Car Week are the auctions, the so many events at Laguna Seca (you can’t really go wrong with whichever you choose to attend there), and the Concourse events where you get to see a lot of nice and old school cars looking almost brand new.
What I missed…
The events I always miss due to the schedule are the ones in Carmel. I have made it a priority for next year to at least make one, hopefully the opener. We will see how that goes.
The Pebble Beach Concourse D’ Elegance has been avoiding me for the past two years also. Another priority event for next year.
Finally, the Laguna Seca camping. Not so much a priority for next year but I it is definitely on my bucket list.
What I loved…
My highlight of the week is definitely the Singer Porsches. Oh man! those Porsches are a dream!
The display of cars at the track is amazing, I really doubt you will be able to see such line-ups anywhere else.
What I… Did not expect…
I did not expect the cars at Exotics On Cannery Row, more specifically, the Koenigsegg, which were for sure a great sight. The Ferrari corner was another great surprise, since those were my dream cars growing up.
